Generally, the quality of the products in each process is controlled as the inspection standard. Below we will specifically introduce what standards are required for the inspection of sheet metal parts.
1. Scope of application
This standard is applicable to the inspection of various sheet metal structural parts manufactured. The drawings are used together with the technical documents. In case of conflict, the customer's requirements shall prevail.

B/T1800.3-1998 Limits and fits Table of standard tolerances and basic deviations.
GB/T1800.4-1998 Limits and fits Standard tolerance class and limit deviation table for holes and shafts.
GB/1804-2000 General tolerances Tolerances for linear and angular dimensions without tolerances.
3. Raw material inspection standards
(1) Metal
·The thickness and quality of the board need to meet the national standards. The materials used must have clear performance test reports and manufacturer's certificates.
·The appearance of the material should be smooth and free from rust and cracking and deformation.
· According to the drawings or technical requirements, if there is no fixed standard, it needs to be implemented according to the national standard
(2) Plastic powder ·The whole batch of plastic powder should have good consistency, and it is necessary to produce clear factory certificate and inspection report, as well as powder number, color number and various inspection parameters. · Determine whether the plastic powder meets the performance requirements of color, gloss, leveling and adhesion through trial and error.
