CNC MACHINING PROCESS
I. Basic knowledge of cutting
Machining is the use of the relative motion of the tool and the workpiece. The tool removes excess material from the blank or profile to obtain a part that meets the requirements for accuracy and surface roughness.
Machining is divided into machining and fitter

II-1 processing accuracy
Machining accuracy:
Refers to the degree to which the dimensions, shape, position and other parameters of the part are in accordance with the theoretical parameters after the cutting process. The smaller the deviation, the higher the machining accuracy, including:
a. Dimensional accuracy: The accuracy of the part size parameters.
b. Shape accuracy: how close the part shape is to the ideal shape.
c. Positional accuracy: The accuracy of the actual features (points, lines, faces) on the part relative to the position between the references.
